The Jadavpur University Alumni Association of Sydney is taking to the water for our end-of-year get-together — four hours of cruising\, a BBQ dinner on deck\, and the kind of adda that only gets better with a harbour view. \n\n\n\n\n\nEvent Details\n\nSaturday\, 21 November 2026\nBoarding from 5:00 PM — please arrive early\, the boat leaves on schedule\nCruising 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM\nPick-up and drop-off at King Street Wharf\, Darling Harbour\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFood & Drinks\n\n\n\nThe boat has an on-board BBQ\, and dinner will be served during the cruise. We’re still finalising the catering. \n\n\n\nDrinks are BYO. Bring whatever you’d like to drink on the night\, along with anything you need to go with it. \n\n\n\nGood to Know\n\nBring a light jacket — it gets breezy on the open deck once the sun goes down.\nPlease be on time\, the vessel runs to a fixed schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals.\nNon-slip shoes are the sensible choice on a moving boat.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRSVPs are now full\n\n\n We’ve reached the boat’s capacity and RSVPs for this cruise are closed.
